Normalized schema
One official federal funding opportunity per source ID. Dates use ISO 8601 strings. Funding values remain estimates from the opportunity notice and should not be read as awards or paid spending.
Funding instrument codes are preserved rather than narrowed to grant-only values. For example, a source value of PC is retained and decoded as Procurement Contract; filter funding_instrument_codes or its decoded labels for your use case.
