Government procurement intelligenceFrom public notice to routed signal.

Start with free, ungated U.S., EU, and UK procurement datasets. When your data team needs different sources, history, fields, monitoring rules, an award API, or delivery into a CRM or warehouse, we scope and maintain the missing layer.

Real public records

Inspect the evidence before you scope a feed.

These are source-linked records from dated public editions, not a live inventory or a claim that either notice remains open. The managed schema is agreed from the same source-backed evidence.

Commercial coverage

Procurement opportunity feed

Daily public U.S., EU, and UK editions can be extended with agreed portals, qualification rules, retained history, and source-specific fields.

Award API & supplier intelligence

Query or receive award groups, named supplier relationships, buyer activity, stages, categories, and values in an aggregation-safe model.

Change monitoring & CRM routing

Deliver new matches and material deadline, value, stage, buyer, or supplier changes to an authorized CRM, warehouse, cloud destination, or webhook.

Known limitations
  • The public opportunity edition represents each source's daily publication or update window; it is not every currently open procurement.
  • The public award edition is EU and UK focused and does not claim comprehensive U.S. federal or worldwide award coverage.
  • Publisher coverage for deadlines, values, classifications, eligibility, supplier identifiers, and geography varies; missing fields stay missing and are flagged.
  • Award totals and award–supplier rows have different grains. Supplier-level rows must not be summed as though each repeated value were a separate award.
  • Reliable change history starts with retained monitoring. Earlier backfills depend on accessible source history and are scoped separately.
  • Qualification and supplier intelligence support research and routing; they do not predict awards or replace verification in the linked official notice.
Decisions this feed supports

Find the right notice. Understand the market. Route the next action.

Qualify public opportunities

Filter by buyer, market, category, value, deadline, stage, and eligibility, then send qualified tenders to the right owner instead of asking teams to search each portal.

Map awards and suppliers

Use award-level and award–supplier records to study buyer activity, named winners, categories, values, and relationship patterns without double-counting incompatible row grains.

Monitor and route change

Detect material changes to deadlines, values, stages, buyers, and suppliers, then deliver the resulting event to a CRM, warehouse, alerting workflow, or procurement product.

Source coverage

One procurement model. Source-level evidence retained.

Every project begins with a source review. Coverage is defined around technical feasibility, public or authorized access, and the fields your workflow genuinely needs.

  • SAM.gov U.S. federal opportunities
  • TED opportunities and result notices
  • Contracts Finder opportunities and awards
  • Find a Tender opportunity, award, and contract stages
  • Additional public or client-authorized procurement portals
  • Client-provided category, territory, account, and routing taxonomies

What makes the feed difficult

Procurement data is only useful when its lifecycle and grain remain intact.

Official systems publish different stages, identifiers, classifications, and award relationships. A useful intelligence feed has to normalize what is comparable while preserving what is not.

Stages do not mean the same thing

An opportunity, result notice, award decision, and signed contract are different events. We retain source-native context and map stages conservatively instead of flattening them into one misleading status.

Award rows can inflate value

One award may name several suppliers or lots. We declare row grain, separate award totals from supplier relationships, and flag values that are unsafe to aggregate.

A good match still needs a route

Categories and keywords alone create noise. Qualification rules combine source fields, buyer and market context, exclusions, timing, and your account taxonomy before records enter a downstream workflow.

Quality rules

Source-run completeness and freshness

Required-field, type, and classification validation

Stable identifiers, deduplication, and declared row grain

Deadline, value, currency, and lifecycle-stage checks

Deterministic material-change comparison

Delivery

The public datasets remain free as daily files. Managed scopes can deliver snapshots, deltas, or qualified records as CSV, JSON, JSONL, an agreed API, cloud files, warehouse loads, or CRM-ready batches and webhooks.

FAQ

Questions before scoping.

I only want to find government opportunities. Do I need to contact WebTruffle?

No. Use the free government tenders and RFPs dataset to browse and download the published U.S., EU, and UK editions without a form. The commercial workflow is for teams that need a tailored or recurring requirement beyond the public edition.

What is the difference between the free datasets and a managed procurement feed?

The free editions publish the declared source window, schema, checks, and limitations for everyone. A managed feed begins only when you need agreed additional sources, retained monitoring history, custom qualification fields, different cadence, service monitoring, or delivery into your own stack.

Can contract awards and supplier intelligence be delivered through an API?

Yes, an award API or scheduled file delivery can be scoped around agreed sources and fields. Supplier intelligence is based on named public organizations and award relationships; it does not imply private contact data or a prediction that a supplier will win future work.

Can qualified opportunities be routed into our CRM?

Yes. We can map buyers, territories, categories, deadlines, values, exclusions, and account rules to an agreed CRM object or queue, then deliver new records and material changes as batches or events. The exact integration depends on the CRM and destination access you authorize.

What procurement markets are covered?

The free opportunity edition covers publication or update windows from SAM.gov, TED, Contracts Finder, and Find a Tender. The free award edition is EU and UK focused through TED, Find a Tender, and Contracts Finder. Neither is presented as a complete live or worldwide procurement ledger.

What does a procurement pilot or managed feed cost?

A paid pilot starts at €750 + VAT and a managed recurring feed starts at €1,000 per month + VAT. Final pricing depends on sources, volume, cadence, enrichment, monitoring rules, and delivery requirements; the scoped sample is used to confirm feasibility before a recurring commitment.

Start with a feasibility review

Turn a defined procurement requirement into a working sample.

If your team needs more than the free editions, share the markets, sources, filters, history, delivery path, and decision the feed must support. We’ll assess feasibility and scope a representative pilot sample.
